Hair Loss at 18? I think it’s stress. Any experts out there?
My friends think I’m crazy but I think I have some hair loss, but it’s hard to recognize because it’s where I part my hair down the middle. I have long, shoulder blade, length hair and aside from straightening it maybe three times ever I’ve taken very good care of it. I am italian and have very thick hair but in the last few days it feels weak and thin.
I’ve been eating unhealthier at college since I got here (I’m a freshman) and my school uses the quarter system so I’m already running into midterms and I’m kind of stressed. It’s nothing too big but I don’t want it to get worse I love my hair!!
Might be stress, but also switch your shampoo. Even if it’s worked for you before. Don’t use too many products (if you do) and message your scalp for a minute or two everyday with your fingertips.
