Can hair thinning be caused by a muscle/blood disease?

I have something wrong with my blood/muscles, not sure what yet. I havnt been diagnosed. But could this cause hair thinning?
Ive noticed my hair thinning since ive felt the symptoms of the disease.

What muscle blood disease do you have? What other symptoms do you have? I need that info to help you narrow this down. I would look in the direction of autoimmune.
