Is this good to take for Stopping Hair Loss?

I’m curious about this product “BioFen Plus” Natural Hair loss product. Is it safe and does it work?

Biofen is a seemingly good product, but they take advantage of you by exploiting your insecurities on having hair loss.

I have lupus (SLE), and it has caused a ton of hair loss, sometimes in cycles. This is what I’d recommend:

Don’t wear tight elastic bands. Anything that pulls at you hair causes traction alopecia (hair loss) and contributes to the problem you started with.

Look at the ingredients on Bio Fen, and buy them separately, which will be cheaper and last much longer.

The most essential vitamins for your hair are your B vitamins. Make sure you are eating enough of it, or do as I do and get a multi-B vitamin supplement. Take them at night because they can give you an unpleasant taste if you burp at all.

Also take Omega-3 capsules. Fish oils are really good for your hair.

Last thing: make sure you are drinking plenty of water! Dehydration can Cause Hair Loss either at the root or because of breakage of dry strands.

I know how distressing this can be, believe me. Do the best you can, and otherwise, make do with what you have. Your haircut really matters. After I got this cut: long in front, sloping up to the back of my neck with tons of layers (especially short layers on top which would be easier to backcomb and give you fuller-looking hair). tell your stylist you’ve been losing a lot of hair, and your main goal is volume. He/she should know what kind of cuts are good for volume, and consult you. I still recommend the one I mentioned I have.

On days when it’s too soon to wash your hair (but it’s looking really flat), wear bandannas, scarves or hats.
