What is wrong with my scalp?
What is wrong with my scalp?
Ok so i’ve had this problem for a few years, ever since my scalp got sunburned really bad during the summer. And it only gets really bad when the summer season starts, during winter it isn’t very noticeable. So i think it may be dry scalp, but idk. When i run my fingers through my scalp it feels scaley and it leaves tiny flakes in my hair, but mostly in just certain areas, like the sides and the top near my forehead. I find myself sometimes picking at my scalp and i try to quit you know, but it doesn’t make the crap go away. I’ve tried dry scalp shampoos like head and shoulders, pert, even dove for intense damage therapy, but no such luck. I’ve even done a baking soda clean a couple times, but no such luck. Can someone please tell me what’s wrong and how I might go about fixing this stupid mess?
It seems you’ve gotten dandruff due to a dry scalp. Sometimes people’s scalp just changes, just like our skin. I think you should try an SLS free Tea Tree shampoo. My brother had really bad dandruff and it helped him. I’m not sure if he was allergic to SLS or if it was the tea tree oil that got rid of his dandruff, but its worth a shot. Good luck!
