How could I judge what is the best multivitamin for women, who suffer from Hair Loss and exhaustion. Please I need an advise from a Physician to tell me what is best, “Perfectil” for hair and nails- or Nutrition for your hair or Vitamins for your hair.
- Efalex (for brain and eye): does it really strengthen the eye and brain- esp for those who use the computer for long
